Space no longer belongs only to the people who are there
We were not there, but we placed something there.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 is taking place across North America.
One of the matches between South Korea and South Africa was held at Monterrey Stadium in Mexico.
A friend of the NIN.Earth team went to Mexico to watch the match in person. But we did not go to the stadium.
Instead, the NIN.Earth team stayed in South Korea and used NIN Spot to place text, objects, and player cards around Monterrey Stadium.
We were not there, but we left something in that place.
Space no longer belongs only to the people who are there
Our friend at the stadium opened NIN Spot and pressed the AR button at Monterrey Stadium.
Then the content we had placed from Korea appeared on top of the real space through the phone screen.
Text, objects, and player cards were visible inside the actual space of Monterrey Stadium.
What made this experience special was not simply that AR content appeared.
It was that someone far away could place content in a specific real world location, and someone at that location could see it directly on top of the physical space.
Space no longer belonged only to the people who were there.
We were in different places, but we were participating in the same space.
The moment imagination became reality
This experience showed that NIN Spot is more than just an idea.
The spatial experience we had been imagining was confirmed at a real world location, Monterrey Stadium.
It showed that something can be placed at a stadium thousands of kilometers away in real time.
And it showed that someone standing there can experience it directly.
At this World Cup venue, NIN Spot proved one clear possibility.
Space is no longer limited to the people who are physically there.
No matter where you are on Earth, you can leave something in the place you choose.
And the people who are there can experience that content directly in the space around them.
NIN Spot works for free in any location for 24 hours.
If you want to keep your records for longer, you can preserve them through NIN.Earth.
